How JoyVIVA Rewards Works

You earn points based on a number of different actions such as placing an order, giving a product review, etc. When you have earned a minimum of 20 points, you can start cashing them in for a store credit. The more points you redeem the bigger the store credit. 

 

Ways to Earn Points 

• Place an order: 1 Reward Point for every $1 *spent
• Write a product review: Earn 20 Rewards Points for every product review you submit
• Sign up: Earn 25 Reward Points when you sign up for an account on JoyVIVA
• Like us on Facebook: Earn 50 Reward Points
• Follow us on Instagram: Earn 50 Reward Points

 

Redeeming Points for Rewards 

• 20 points = $1 off your order
• Ensure you are signed in to your customer account on the website
• Click on the rewards icon on the bottom left corner of the website
• Click on "Ways to Redeem" and then click the "redeem" button
• Increase the slider based on how many points you want to redeem (the more points you redeem, the higher the store credit amount) and click the "redeem" button
• A unique code will be generated. Just click on "apply code" for it to be automatically applied at the checkout, or copy the code if you want to apply it manually in the checkout

 

Terms & Conditions

Points are awarded on completed orders, they will not be awarded to cancelled or refunded orders | Points are calculated on order total before taxes & shipping and after discounts | Points and their value can not be transferred between accounts | Points expire one year from the date they are awarded | Points are awarded at the time of purchase, they cannot be earned from a previous order | Points redemptions are calculated at the time of purchase, they cannot be redeemed after the order is placed | Rewards discounts can not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer | Points and their value are exclusive to JoyVIVA orders, and not interchangeable with any other points program from any other companies, including 8 West Clinic.
