I was recommended this product by my naturopath. I have IBS and my bowl movement has been all over the place. Ginger Sap helped me with bloating, gas, and being regular. I highly recommend this product to anyone even if you don’t have any GI issues. I take it between meals 3 times a day.
My wife feels she has been suffering from what she refers to as brain chatter. Her naturopath recommended Magnesium L-Threonate to help with this issue. She specially recommended the NFH brand. So far the brain chatter has been reduced enough to warrant continuing with this supplement. Fortunately JoyViva stocks it because this brand doesn’t appear to be widely available.
