Triphala (“three fruits”) is an Ayurvedic medicine consisting of equal parts of three myrobalans. Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki, (Terminalia belerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula.) In Ayurveda practice, Triphala is used for gastric disorder such as indigestion, poor food assimilation, cleansing of colon, constipation.

How Does Möve It Work?

Möve It works by using magnesium hydroxide to hydrate the colon which is often a common cause in constipation. This mineral which brings water into the colon, which hydrates the area and allows stools to pass through easier.

Usage Instructions

Take 1-2 capsules per day.

Stop use if diarrhea, abdominal pain, urn, nausea or vomiting occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/aIIergic reactions.
