Usage Instructions 

(ORAL) ADULTS (18 YEARS AND OLDER) ONLY: Take 1 serving (14 g or approx. 3 scoops) per day. Mix 1 serving in half a cup or more of water or your favourite beverage. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid taking at bedtime.
