Usage Instructions 

RECOMMENDED DOSE — (ORAL): Children 3 – 11 years: 1 – 2 tablet(s) 1 time per day. Take at least 2 – 3 hours before or after antibiotics. Chew tablet. Adolescents 12 – 17 years: 1 – 2 tablet(s) 1 time per day. Take at least 2 – 3 hours before or after antibiotics. Chew tablet or swallow with a glass of water.
