Brain Memory is a combination of nutrients, specially designed to help enhance cognitive function and memory in adults.
Ginkgo biloba extract is well studied in terms of brain function and cognition. It contains flavonoids and other plant constituents which have many beneficial effects in the brain including decreasing inflammation, increasing cerebral blood flow, scavenging free radicals and increasing the activity of various neurotransmitters including 5-HTP, dopamine, and noradrenaline.GPC Choline is used to form phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid found in the body. In the brain, this is especially important as phosphatidylcholine plays a critical role in cellular signaling and the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine acts in the central nervous system to enhance the activity of neurons.
