I have been taking TriMag night for over a year now, on the referral from my naturopath. Specifically it has helped me with sleep and staying asleep, as well as muscle soreness. My naturopath recommended I drink it in a 1 litre bottle of water, sipping all throughout the day (as opposed to drinking it all right before bed). I mix in some lemon juice to cut some of the sweetness…I find it a little too sweet for my taste. It has a calming effect on the nervous system. My wife has started taking it as well for achy joints and muscles. Highly recommend!
