Usage instructions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 2 capsules with eight ounces of water at bedtime, or as directed by a health
care practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Allow
at least 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur. For occasional use only. For use beyond 7 days, consult a
healthcare practitioner.
