Usage Instructions

For women 18 years and older, use 1 suppository once a day. Insert one suppository vaginally as needed before bed.

Up and Awäy is inserted in the vagina using the applicator or with your fingers, before bed each night until relief if reached. Do not use past 14 days straight. This product cannot be taken orally. Contact your health practitioner if ongoing issues persist.

Avoid having vaginal intercourse while you’re using boric acid suppositories. Please ensure the capsule is fully dissolved before commencing in sexual activity. It is also recommended to avoid receiving oral sex to reduce the risk of your partner ingesting boric acid that may still be present in or around your vagina.

It is recommended to wait 24-48 hours after use before sexual intercourse.
