I love Lontreau’s collagen! I strength train 2-3 times a week and would often get DOMS, especially at the start of a new program - to the point where I would struggle to sit, stand or walk up / down stairs. Within a week of starting, the DOMS was significantly reduced! Even after going hard with a new program!! Also, the powder is super fine, tasteless (I mix it with protein powder) and blends easily! Highly recommended!!!
