ILIA Clean Line Gel Liner

The ILIA Clean Line Gel Liner is cleanly formulated carbon black and cyclomethicone free. Using a soft tip, the gel eyeliner glides effortlessly and allows you to blend out easily before setting. Though it can blend, once it's set, it stays put. Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a gel with the ease of a pencil liner.

Usage Instructions

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.
