Usage Instructions
Adults take two tablets 3 times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate (veg.), and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chain triglycerides ).

If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
