Usage Instructions

Adults: Take 1 lozenge daily with or between meals.

Medicinal Ingredients: (per lozenge): Folate (calcium L-5 methyltetrahydrofolate, Metafolin®) 400mcg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg.
