Usage Instructions

Adult Dosage

Take two capsules once daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of three months to see beneficial effects for menstrual cycle irregularities.

Cautions

This product contains corn, do not use if you have such allergies. Consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
