Usage Instructions
Recommended Adult Dose: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal containing oil, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Use for at least 4 weeks for memory-related beneficial effects.
