Advanced PCOS Relief contains three key nutrients that have been shown to be effective for managing PCOS: myo-inositol, d-chiro-inositol, and the bioactive form of folic acid, 5-MTHF. Inositol is a “B-vitamin like” nutrient found in many foods including grains and citrus fruit.
