Usage Instructions
Start at the base of the lashes and gently move up to the tips until covered. Can be used on eyebrows and worn alone at nighttime as a lash conditioner.
- Apply conditioner followed immediately by mascara.
- For best coverage, rock the mascara wand at the base of your lashes.
- Use at night as a lash treatment.
