Nrf2 is a three-ingredient formula designed to support antioxidant defences. Cruciferous vegetables of the brassica family, such as broccoli, have long been recognized for their ability to support antioxidant activity, thereby maintaining healthy cells and tissues. They provide a source of the bioactive constituent sulforaphane, one of the most powerful activators of phase II enzyme function in the liver, protecting tissues from oxidative stress and reactive substances.
